About Flip Remotely Community

Members get a network of like-minded people, weekly live streams, motivation and practical advice.[1]

The paid sister programme, Flip Remotely Mastery, teaches securing property deals under agreement and assigning the rights to an end buyer.[2] It has six online modules, weekly live group coaching calls on Zoom, lifetime access to its own Skool community and a one-day Deal Day workshop in Mayfair, London.[2] As of September 2026, the programme cost £7,200 for two memberships and included a year of beta access to Propernetics, an AI property software, with an optional £97 monthly fee after that year.[2] Its site, flipremotelymastery.com, is a trading name of Properly Ltd.[2]

Members who have not flipped a deal within 60 days of implementing the training can claim a refund, provided they used the programme, attended live events and made offers to sellers.[2] The site states that results are not typical and will vary from person to person.[2]
