About FIND PROPERTY WITH.AI

Its website promotes a free live workshop with Q&A for investors who want to find deals anywhere in the UK.[3] The workshop covers finding deals on and off the market with AI, generating leads with AI agents, voice agents and automation, analysing deals, locations and refurbishments remotely, and how investors sell overspill deals or raise capital for deals they cannot fund.[3] The workshop ends with the offer of a call with Harvey about their strategy and whether to apply for his paid coaching.[3]

The workshop page says Harvey has invested in property since 2009, and that he runs an AI agency and consultancy building AI systems for property investors and automates deal sourcing.[3] His personal site, harveygrowth.com, presents the Property Delta Matrix, a method for choosing a property strategy, and the D2B program, short for Deal Sourcing 2 BRRR.[2] The same site says Harvey founded Growth Education.[2]
