Fanfaire Community is a free, closed Skool group, created in December 2024, for people who run balloon and event decor businesses.[1] It belongs to Fanfaire, a software company trading as Fanfaire, Inc. in the US and Fanfaire, LTD. in the UK, and access is free but subject to approval.[1][2][3][4] Members join live workshops and expert presentations, use shared resources, discuss design and pricing, and network with other decor business owners.[1][5] The group's owner founded Fanfaire and co-owns South Bay Pop.[1]

About Fanfaire Community

Fanfaire's software lets an artist's clients browse designs, change colours, choose a date from the artist's calendar, sign the contract and pay a deposit without anyone handling the booking by hand.[2] Its Design Studio builds and prices mockups from real balloon photos, and bookings carry a built-in six-day lead time.[2][3] As of September 2026, Fanfaire charged a 1.9% commerce fee plus Stripe card processing of 2.9% + 30¢, and a higher plan could lower the commerce fee to 0.5%.[2] It offers a 14-day free trial, plans can be cancelled at any time, and the company says the software does not bring users traffic.[2][6]
