About FACEFORWARD AI®
Access requests are checked by hand and must include the exact email address used for the purchase; approval can take up to 24 hours but normally takes 2 to 3 hours.[1] Approvals are handled in EST, with no one available between 8pm and 6am EST.[1]
FaceForward AI was founded by Katie Cross.[2] The Skool owner bio describes an AI trainer for digital marketers and the creator of AI Girls™.[1] Cross's site, passivedigitalmedia.com, names the operating company as GKT Ventures, LLC, doing business as Katie Cross Media.[2] The same site sells Rainmakers, a six-month program built around offers, messaging, content and traffic, and runs a 60-minute live workshop that covers creating videos without ever recording.[2] As of September 2026, the site said Rainmakers would soon move to its full price of $1,997.[2]
The site's terms require buyers to be at least 18, state that digital products are non-refundable and all sales final, and say nothing in the products is financial, legal or professional advice.[2]
