FA Success Syndicate is the Skool group of the Financial Advisor Success Syndicate (FASS), a free online community and educational platform for established financial advisors, presented through Kuttin Consulting Group.[1][2] The Skool group was created in May 2023.[1] Its team includes Jon Kuttin, CEO of Kuttin Consulting Group; Anton Anderson; Frank LaRosa; Ray Kelly, Senior VP at Think2Perform; Tina Beck; Jon Randall, founder of XFA Coach; and David Grau Jr., CEO of Succession Resource Group.[1]

About FA Success Syndicate

The listing calls FASS essentially a family office for advisors, bringing together expertise in M&A, successions, business and leadership coaching, CPA partnerships and marketing.[1] The program curates content from each founder, available 24/7, alongside one-on-one coaching, free educational webinars and relationships with other financial professionals.[2] Topics include strategies for transitioning advisors, mindset coaching, leadership development, digital marketing, business planning and succession planning.[2]

The founders describe co-founding FASS as their way of giving back to their peers.[2][3] Anderson teaches financial advisors to grow their businesses by partnering with CPAs through the CPA Team Based Model, and started his firm in 2014 with business partner Ken Smith.[3][4] He co-wrote The Art of Collaboration with Paul Latham, a guide for financial advisors and accountants on forming partnerships, and offers group team training in person or virtually as well as private consulting.[5] LaRosa launched a transition consulting firm in 2011, and Grau's Succession Resource Group is a succession and M&A consulting company for independent advisors.[3]
