Matharu is a business strategist who specialises in evergreen webinar funnels driven by YouTube ads, and she created the Evergreen Success Formula.[1][2] Her three collaborative books are RISE: In Pursuit of Empowerment, Joy: Recipes for Abundance, plus Shift: A New Era Begins, and she runs a second community, The Greatness Club.[2] A September 2025 press profile presents the group as a place where women are supported to put strategies into practice rather than only consume them.[2]
