About The Confident Rider

Members get simple tools for calming nerves and quieting anxious thoughts, both at the yard and in the saddle, along with videos and resources in the classroom.[1] There are friendly "coffee and chat" video calls with other riders, and live workshops with Jan for those who want to go deeper.[1] Riders can also work with Jan one to one.[1]
