About The Drum Community

Joining gives access to a free Double Bass Drumming Mini-Course built around two techniques, Flat Foot and Ankle Technique.^[1] The mini-course covers playing double bass from 100 to 200 BPM, which muscle to use at each tempo and getting past the 125 to 150 BPM range, taught through demos, explanations and practice tips.^[1] Buyers of the owner's earlier drum courses get those courses inside the community too: Bass Drum Mastery, Pedal Settings Mastery and Single Stroke Mastery.^[1]

The operator's YouTube channel also centres on double bass drumming and points viewers to a separate group, Marthyn's Drum Camp.^[2]
