About Dirty Title Goldmine

The title problems it deals with include mortgages, liens and judgments that were never properly released, missing or uncooperative heirs, badly executed deeds and breaks in the chain of title, and faulty legal descriptions, conflicting surveys and boundary disputes.[3] In the group, investors working these deals connect, ask questions, get feedback, share wins and lessons, and learn from each other's real deals.[2]

Dirty Title Gold Mine also sells a book, offers one-on-one guidance and a blueprint, and works with owners and professionals to clear complicated title problems.[3] The book is a step-by-step guide that runs from spotting deals to how title issues get resolved.[4]
