About Independent Dealer Licensing

Independent Dealer also sells a done-for-you service that handles the dealer license process for its clients.[2] The service covers LLC formation, business setup, a compliant location with office space and parking, document preparation and state filing.[2] Its Independent Retail License package includes one retail dealer license and three dealer plates or tags, while a wholesale license allows buying and selling vehicles only with other licensed dealers.[2] The packages also include a program of 40+ courses and a community of other dealers.[2]

Installment payment is offered through the financing partners Klarna and Affirm, and the business operates as Independent Dealer Consulting LLC.[2]
