About The Mind Garden

It meets weekly on Zoom, on Wednesday at 12pm ET, and each class pairs a short talk with a guided meditation, followed by optional Q&A and conversation.^[1] Most calls are recorded for members who miss them, and the classroom holds private recordings such as the 10 Day Solo Retreat Insights.^[1] No prior meditation experience is needed, and the group is open to beginners and advanced meditators alike.^[1]

Poulos has worked full time as a creative entrepreneur since 2019, also coaches on life, business and creativity, and became a 200-hour meditation teacher in 2023.^[2] Poulos's main offer is Creative Freedom, coaching for creators, artists and entrepreneurs on expressing themselves online, in three tiers: Quick Clarity (1 week), Major Threshold (3 months) and New Reality (12 months), with pricing given on enquiry.^[2] Poulos also makes skateboarding vlogs and other videos.^[2]
