About Common Sense Carnivore

Members get weekly live discussions and a library of written guides and videos.[1] The operator's site adds a discussion board, a classroom holding full Keto and Carnivore programmes, and three live Q&A sessions each week.[2]

Thomas's YouTube channel lists level 4 personal trainer and nutritionist qualifications, phlebotomy training used to explain lab markers, and online coaching.[3] Under the name The UK Carnivore, Thomas also sells 30-minute one-to-one Zoom consultations, singly or as a block of five, each with a personalised action plan.[4] Other offers include the 30 Day Kickstart program, the 30 Plus Advantage and a book, How To Be Carnivore.[2]

Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time.[4]
