The group's owner works in course design, describing more than 25 years of experience and offering help creating courses.[1] In May 2025 a podcast episode, hosted by Shannon Russell, interviewed curriculum and course creation specialist Shannon Boyer about a business built to help entrepreneurs teach online and about the mistakes new course creators most often make.[2]
