Members start with courses, beginning with Course 1, and a 7 day challenge that serves as a way to qualify for the group's structured path.[1] The listing describes the community as a brotherhood of men doing the same work in real time, and sets it apart from motivation content, fitness influencer material and hustle clichés.[1]

Watson also runs a paid coaching program under the Build The Man name, sold in deliberately small groups so that each man gets time with Watson and the brotherhood.[2] The program runs in rounds: as of September 2026 the current round was full, with a wait list open for the next group.[2] The Skool group was created in September 2024.[1]
