About Brush & Banner Academy

Members can make a post or poll to get feedback on their work, and the classrooms teach techniques such as NMM and OSL.[1] Short drills are offered for members with little time, and a monthly workshop covers tools such as the airbrush.[1] Projects can also be submitted to Friday Feedback for personal review.[1]

Brush and Banner also runs a YouTube channel of beginner-friendly miniature painting tutorials in both long and short formats.[2] The channel covers games such as Warhammer 40k, Age of Sigmar, DnD and Trench Crusade, and techniques including drybrushing, slapchop, volumetric highlighting, non-metallic metals and kitbashing.[2] Its paint recipes draw on brands including Citadel, Army Painter, Vallejo, Monument Hobbies, AK and 2 Thin Coats.[2]
