About BFF Club

A press article reports that Emilie van der Gronden founded BFF Lesbian Social Club around the idea of friendship first.[2] The club holds monthly events in Bristol and nearby areas, from wine-and-conversation evenings and pub nights to country walks, and has added three-night retreats in the Welsh countryside for groups of 12.[2] According to the article, she sees the online community as a global home for lesbians who have no local community or live in places that are not queer-friendly.[2]
