Beauty Biz Pro, whose copyright line names PMU Marketer, LLC, offers paid advertising, booking funnels, coaching and its Beauty Biz AI systems.[2] Beauty Biz AI is the agency's booking and follow-up platform, handling AI reception, reminders, missed-call responses and lead follow-up.[2] Tony Cruz, the head coach, runs the coaching and strategy calls, and the agency serves spa, esthetics studio, wax studio and med spa owners first, then businesses in hair, lash and brow, permanent makeup and permanent jewelry.[2] A YouTube channel titled Jake Randolph is aimed more broadly at operators and entrepreneurs, covering positioning, funnels, recruiting systems and the use of AI and automation.[3] A separate site, jakerandolphmarketing.com, promotes the AI Operations Lab, which teaches frameworks for launching and scaling AI-powered service businesses.[4]

Beauty Biz Pro's site states that PMU Marketer and Jake Randolph may be compensated for products and services it recommends.[2]
