About The Comeback Club

Its core is The Comeback, a step-by-step program that begins by rebuilding movement foundations and then develops capacity and confidence.^[1] On the Barefoot Movers site the program is a 12-week coaching course whose topics include breathing, posture and alignment, core function, balance, coordination and mobility.^[4] Club members get the full program, weekly 30-minute live movement classes, live coaching with form checks and Q&A, and personalised guidance.^[1]

Barefoot Movers also runs a free community for the same age group and a YouTube channel of movement videos, tutorials and follow-along routines.^[3]^[5] The club offers a 7-day free trial.^[1]
