M.I.L.F. Academy publishes 191 course modules on Skool. It charges $88 a month.

A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined M.I.L.F. Academy, and nothing below is a verdict.

M.I.L.F. Academy is a Skool fitness community for mothers, run by a trainer who signs the listing as Coach Ari.[1] The name stands for Moms In Love With Fitness, and the owner's Skool bio gives the title THE MomBod Trainer.[1] The listing presents the program as a structured system for changing one's body rather than a folder of workouts.[1] Members get 20-minute workouts planned for busy mothers, a Diastasis Recti and core training framework, and flat-stomach education on the reasons a body looks as it does.[1] Q&As and live check-ins sit alongside an accountability setup the listing describes as ruthless, and a community of mothers working through the program in real life.[1] The group was created in August 2024.[1]
