About AI Investor Secrets

The operator's website sells Close First AI, a system for finding, analysing and closing small business acquisitions that runs on tools such as Google Sheets, Notion or Airtable.^[2] Its starter blueprint covers frameworks for reaching sellers, strategies for negotiating business purchases, an AI deal analyzer demo and GPT, and a step-by-step business flipping document.^[2] Buyers also join a private community of dealmakers, buyers and acquisition entrepreneurs who share deal flow and AI setups.^[2]

The site presents Billy Batt as an entrepreneur and a leader at PAG.^[2] On a personal site, Batt is listed as managing partner of Prime Acquisitions Group, an M&A team built first around AI and technology that buys, revitalizes and resells businesses, and as co-owner of Xcept AI, which builds the AI systems behind its deal flow.^[3] Batt is the author of Unlimited Sellers Guide and co-creator, with Andrew Baldwin, of the Buying Beast sourcing method, and has appeared as a guest of Gresham Harkless Jr. on the I AM CEO Podcast.^[3]
