About Affluent Academy

As of September 2026, the academy's own site framed the program around building and scaling an AI-powered agency, and said the academy was closed for intake.^[2]

Platten is a co-founder of Affluent.co, an agency that makes ad creative for DTC brands, with services spanning creative, media buying, full funnel strategy, UGC production and design.^[1]^[3] Platten also founded Appointwise.io, an AI appointment setter for agencies, coaches and consultants.^[1]^[4] As of September 2026, Appointwise offered 14 days free, after which plans started at $97 a month.^[4] Platten's profile also lists investments in Skool, Clay, TripleWhale and ClubNeuro.^[1]
