About Actual Tax Law

The community covers tax law and court cases, with practical guidance on how the IRS operates during audits and tax disputes.[1] Members get monthly workshops and monthly Q&A sessions with Jasmine, plus bonus resources on using tax laws legally.[1] The community's own landing page also lists free IRS notice and audit reviews with Jasmine and a resource library, and states that the community is completely free.[3]

Jasmine also runs a YouTube channel that documents tax law for educational purposes, and its description says she has specialized in tax law for more than 15 years and runs a nationwide CPA firm for business owners.[4] The channel frames her aim as fighting bad tax advice online.[4] Her firm, DiLucci CPA Firm, offers tax planning and handles IRS tax resolution and disputes.[5]

The listing states that although Jasmine is an attorney and CPA, she is not the member's attorney or CPA, and that everything in the community is for educational purposes only.[1] Her channel adds that its information is not intended to constitute legal or tax advice and that viewing the videos forms no attorney-client relationship.[4]
