A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined $100k Wholesale Secrets, and nothing below is a verdict.

This Skool community teaches real estate wholesaling through what it calls the Inbound Wholesaling Method, an approach to finding sellers without cold calling.[1] The listing addresses people who have heard about wholesaling but have not closed a deal because they lack a clear system.[1] The training runs from an overview of the wholesaling business to attracting motivated sellers with inbound strategies, finding deals, building a list of cash buyers and assigning deals.[1] Members get step-by-step wholesaling training, pre-recorded coaching sessions, and weekly live coaching and Q&A calls.[1] Scripts, contracts, deal analyzers and other resources are included, along with a community of wholesalers.[1] The listing also offers members access to a cash buyer.[1] The group was created in January 2025.[1]
